Biomechanic and
healthy training
How does movement work?
What mechanisms influence the biomechanic?
How can I train my animal to maintain its health?
These questions will be explained and worked on together in an understandable manner.
The goal of the seminar is to provide you as owners with a better understanding of what you can consider to keep your four-legged friends healthy through movement and training.
We will talk about:
-
anatomical foundations,
-
biomechanical principles and connections and
-
different movement sequences.

I offer this course for both dogs and horses, online and in person.
Your four-legged companions are also warmly welcome to comine theory and practice!

Relaxation and
positive tension
Relaxation in riding is an enormously important and essential prerequisite for training our horses in a healthy and effective manner.
According to the training scale, relaxation later leads to:
-
acceptance (Anlehnung),
-
impulsion (Schwung),
-
straightness (Geraderichtung), and
-
collection (Versammlung).
Additionally, in the context of relaxation, we want to discuss positive tension between the horse and its rider: what exactly is meant by it and how we can develop this tension with ourselves and our horse.

In this course, we will directly link theory and practice. You have the opportunity to see and to feel how you achieve relaxation with your horse and when it moves with positive tension while riding or ground work.

Equestrian fitness and body awareness
We do everything to strengthen the fitness and body awareness of our horses, often putting ourselves on the back burner.

However, factors such as
-
good balance,
-
control over our seperate body parts,
-
core stability,
-
endurance and
-
flexibility
are just as important for us as riders as they are for our horses.

Pilates- and yoga-inspired exercises can tremendously improve our posture, stability, balance, and control over our own bodies. This way, we can use our body in riding as effectively as possible, providing precise aids.
I would like to guide you through these exercises and train together.
You will not only feel the benefits during riding but also in your everyday life.
