Animal osteopathy
Our health significantly dependents on the correct alignment and function of all structures of our body. Osteopathy is based on this principle. It is a holistic treatment method with the aim of addressing the root causes of problems and stimulating the body's self-healing through manual techniques.
The principles of osteopathy:
-
The body is a unit. All structures are connected and influence each other.
-
The body is capable of self-regulation and maintaining health.
-
Reduced movements in tissues can lead to diseases.
-
The body's fluids must be mobile.
Treatment approaches can be divided into 4 main areas:
-
Parietal Osteopathy - Concentrates on the entire musculoskeletal system, including muscles, bones, and joints.
-
Fascial Osteopathy - Focuses on the fascial structures that permeate the entire body like a tension network, connecting all areas of the body through these fasciae.
-
Craniosacral Osteopathy - Deals with the skull (cranium) and the nervous system to promote harmony in the craniosacral system.
-
Visceral Osteopathy - Addresses the internal organs and their interplay.
